The leaders of
the ten or twenty leading parties; err, the count had been lost; all solemnly
promise that the pledges they make will be acted upon within the first hundred
days of their being returned to power.
These pledges
are firm promises that their relevant and incidental pledges will conform with
the overall contextual promises on which the overarching pledges and promises
are based.
